Dehydratin'

Thanks for the leftovers from taco night, Lindsay and Neerav! We're dehydrating like crazy in preparation for the hike. The dehydrator is like a fifth roommate that we're constantly running, checking on, and restocking. But all will be worth it when we're eating Lindsay's amazing chipotle beans sometime in Oregon in August.

Longtime blog fans (hey Mom) may notice that this is a new dehydrator. Sadly the one from Ginny and Emily conked out from overuse. We miss our old friend, but this one has a timer which is dope.
